Approvals are not reaching my phone or Slack

Confirm a device is connected and, for Slack, that it is connected under Agent → Settings → Slack. The troubleshooting guide walks through each step.

How do I disconnect Slack?

Open Agent → Settings → Slack and click Disconnect. You can reconnect at any time.
